Selectica’s Internet selling system powers some of the world’s largest B2B and B2C sites, including BMW/USA, Dell, and Cisco. However their own website was mired in myopic, highly technical aspects of their product. This created difficulties for the company’s sales staff in their efforts to promote Selectica’s cutting-edge technologies.
Charette conducted a strategic site assessment that produced new content, cutting-edge graphics – all more closely matched to the company’s vertical markets.
