Metasound has created a series of products and services that vastly improves a telephone caller's on-hold experience — and subsequently increases sales. This is accomplished through an innovative melding of traditional and web-based technology. This, their first website, was designed to attract VC funding and was a resounding success, garnering $16+ million in less than a year.
