Charette produced this elegant real estate brochure design for Sutter Commercial. After creating the firm's real estate logo, this mortgage brochure was built around the historic legacy of John Sutter, the founder's ancestor and famous Californian involved in discovering gold in 1848. Working with historical artwork, we created a rich view of the past, present and future in this brochure.
